Muswellbrook Shire Council logo

The logo consists of five 'petals' based on the Muswellbrook Orchid (also known as the Pine Donkey Orchid) each petal represents a different aspect of the shire.
Grey represents the mining and power industries
Green represents agriculture and national parks of the area
Blue represents the meeting of the Goulburn and Hunter rivers
Red represents the meeting place of the region's Aboriginal tribes, the Wanaruah and Kamilaroi people.
Yellow represents people of Muswellbrook Shire and its community spirit.
