Council has received a development application for Proposed Residential Development Comprising:
The application will be placed on public exhibition at Council’s Administration Centre, Muswellbrook during normal working hours to commence on 28 October 2009 and conclude on 25 November 2009.
Any person wishing to make a submission regarding the proposed development should do so in writing addressed to the General Manager, Muswellbrook Shire Council, to reach Council before the close of business on 25 November 2009. Any submissions by way of an objection should be supported by the grounds for that objection. All submissions, including personal information, will be made available for public inspection and may be included in full in any reports to Council, Government Agencies or other relevant bodies in the determination of the application.
