Water usage accounts were issued to ratepayers in the Muswellbrook Shire on 14 October 2009, for water consumption during the period April 2009 to August 2009
Ratepayers in the Muswellbrook Shire area are reminded that the above water accounts are due and payable by 6 November 2009.
Payment methods
Payments may be made by cash, cheque or EFTPOS at the Muswellbrook Administration Centre, Muswellbrook and Denman Libraries (business hours are set out on the back of the water account). EFTPOS payments may be made using Debit and Credit cards. Payments made by credit card will attract an additional 1.25% merchant fee.
Please note that in addition to the normal Denman Library opening hours, the Denman Library will be open on Thursday 5th November 2009 for payments from 9.30am to 4.30pm.
Payments may be made at any Westpac Bank in Australia by cash or cheque.
You can arrange to have this account paid by direct debit straight from your account. Please contact Council’s Property Officer on 02 6549 3716 for further information.
Overdue accounts
Please note that if this account is not paid by the due date, interest charges will begin to accrue daily at a rate of 9% per annum.
