To order your replacement bin phone 6549 3700 during business hours.
Residents are responsible for the maintenance and replacement of damaged bins, unless damaged by the collection contractor. You may also order an additional bin for your property.

Additional bins
An additional bin service is charged to your rates and must be approved by the property owner or authorised delegate.

To order your replacement/extra bin phone 6549 3700 during business hours. Your bin will be delivered in approx 3 working days. Alternatively complete the below form and return to Council's Administration Centre for processing.

Serial numbers
All bins have a serial number stamped on them and must remain at the issued property.
