A report has been prepared for the consideration of Councillors at the meeting of Council to be held on 14 July 2008 commencing at 6.00pm. A copy of the report to be considered by Council is provided below.

If you wish to address Council regarding the report, you must contact Council’s Acting Director Environmental Services, Mr Peter Jeuken, prior to 12.00pm on 14 July 2008 so that appropriate arrangements can be made to accommodate your request for public participation.

The report to Council details the current status of the draft LEP and makes recommendations for the consideration of Council to progress the draft LEP.

To determine how your submission has been dealt with by Council staff in the Council report, the following steps should be followed:

  1. Read the report to Council
  2. Locate your submission in the document titled – "Appendix A – Summary of Submissions and Proposed Planning Response" via the link below.
  3. The proposed planning response will contain a reference in the right hand column on the proposed action in response to your submission. If an amendment to the draft LEP is to be made in response to your submission it will be referenced in the right hand column.
  4. Use the reference number to locate the relevant amendment to the draft LEP by opening the link below to "Appendix D – Proposed LEP Amendments" to see what amendment is proposed in response to your submission.

It should be noted that in response to many submissions regarding the extent of the proposed E3 – Environmental Management zone in the draft LEP, general amendment 1 has reviewed the extent of the proposed E3 zone. You should check the revised LEP zoning maps below that have been drafted to correspond with the proposed amendments to the draft LEP.
