INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT STATUS:

The proposed development is integrated development under the provisions of Section 4.46(1) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 requiring approval from the NSW Rural Fire Service

Council has received the above development application which is on public exhibition between 10 July 2019 and 1 August 2019. During this public exhibition period, the documentation accompanying this application may be viewed on Council’s website or at Council’s Administration Centre, 157 Maitland Street, Muswellbrook between 9.00am and 4.30pm weekdays.

Any person wishing to make a submission regarding the proposed development should do so in writing addressed to the General Manager, Muswellbrook Shire Council, to reach Council before the close of business on 1 August 2019.  Any submissions by way of an objection should be supported by the grounds for that objection.

All submissions, including personal information, will be made available for public inspection and may be included in full in any reports to Council, Government Agencies or other relevant bodies in the determination of the application.  All reports are published in the Council Business Paper which is also available to the public.
