Denman Memorial Hall was originally built in the early 1900s. Originally known as Day’s Hall, it was renamed and dedicated as the Denman Memorial Hall in honour of the soldiers who did not return from World War I.
The present-day hall was uniquely constructed using straw bales. Over 130 children participated in the earth rendering of the straw bales that form the walls of the reconstructed hall. The beautiful auditorium, which is 232m² total area, boasts a generous 142 fully retractable seating option that only takes minutes to set up, and additional tables and chairs are available.
Conveniently located in the main street of Denman with street parking and additional parking at rear, the hall is fully accessible and has a catering kitchen and bar area.
