The Operational Plan 2026-2027 has been developed to deliver the second year of the Delivery Program and reflects the community’s needs and aspirations identified in the Community Strategic Plan. It also includes Council’s budget, revenue policy, and proposed fees and charges for the 2026-2027 financial year.
