Public Exhibition of the Draft Community Benefit Fund Procedure
At the Ordinary Meeting of Council held at Muswellbrook on 24 June 2025, Council endorsed the Draft Community Benefit Fund Procedure for 28 days of public exhibition. The document will be on public exhibition on Council’s website from 25 June 2025 to 23 July 2025.
The procedure outlines the process for managing the Muswellbrook Shire Community Benefit Fund (CBF), including how funding proposals are assessed and projects evaluated. It ensures transparent and effective use of planning agreement funds to support economic growth, community wellbeing, education, employment and environmental conservation, in line with the CBF Policy and Community Strategic Plan.

We invite your feedback and submissions will be accepted until close of business on 23 July 2025 and you should quote Draft Community Benefit Fund Procedure.
