Non-binding Expression of Interest (EOI)

Muswellbrook Shire Council is inviting non-binding Expressions of Interest (EOIs) for a Build-to-Lease opportunity within the Thomas Mitchell Drive Industrial Area.

Located in a region undergoing significant transformation toward renewable energy, advanced manufacturing and smart industry, this development-ready site offers an exceptional opportunity for businesses seeking purpose-built industrial premises in the Upper Hunter.

Council will design and construct a new industrial building tailored to the needs of the successful applicant(s), supporting local economic growth and job creation. EOIs are open to individuals, groups, or businesses aligned with industries such as advanced manufacturing, waste-to-resource recovery, renewable energy, and agritech.

Submissions shall be lodged in accordance with the requirements in the full EOI document by no later than 2pm, 12 December 2025.
