Muswellbrook Shire Council invites you to the annual raising of the Aboriginal Flag during National Reconciliation Week

This year also marks the 20th anniversary of the unveiling of the Reconciliation Mural at Simpson Park, and the launch of the ‘Wannin Thanbarran’ local Aboriginal history book, both of which occurred on March 19, 2004. The Muswellbrook Shire Council Aboriginal Cultural Inclusion Committee has chosen to honour these landmark achievements during this year’s annual Aboriginal Reconciliation Flag Raising ceremony.
