The region’s favourite street party is back – and it’s bigger than ever.
On Saturday 1 November, Denman will burst to life with the return of the Denman Wine, Food & Film Affair – a full day of music, markets and mouth-watering moments. Think more than 50 food and beverage stalls, boutique wine, beer and spirits from our finest local and regional producers, and live entertainment across three stages featuring rock legends Dragon, Aussie country star Nathan Lamont, Australian Idol favourite Jake Whittaker, and local talent Imogen Hall.
This year, the festivities follow the glamour of the Blue Heeler Film Festival red carpet awards on Friday 31 October, with free short film screenings running all day at Denman Memorial Hall. Add a kids’ zone, street performances, yoga in the morning sun, glamping at Denman Recreation Area and a Sunday recovery at Two Rivers Wines – and you’ve got a weekend that’s part fine-dining, part live-gig – and all utterly Denman.
Proudly presented by Muswellbrook Shire Council and the Denman Chamber of Commerce, the Denman Wine, Food & Film Affair is your invitation to taste, toast and dance your way through the best of the Hunter.
The weekend’s festivities will commence on Friday 31 October, with the opening night and Blue Heeler Film Festival Red Carpet Awards, to be followed by the Denman Wine Food & Film Affair on Saturday 1 November from 11am to 4pm.
