Girls Day Out is all about inspiring and empowering girls aged 5-16 to try new sports, meet their sporting heroes, and make new friends in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment.

For one day only in Muswellbrook, elite female athletes from Cheerleading, Soccer, Rugby Union, Rugby League, and AFL will lead mini clinics, giving participants a chance to experience different sports and build confidence.

Every participant will receive a GDO tote bag with a hat and other great merchandise from event sponsors. Thanks to Muswellbrook Junior Rugby League, the canteen and BBQ will also be available.
