Property Developers and Lobbyists Meeting with Councillors

Council requires all property developers or lobbyists to complete a Property Developer and Lobbyist Meeting Request Disclosure Form prior to any meetings documenting:

• Date of meeting
• Name of organisation(s)
• Name(s) of people in attendance and their position(s)
• Name of any lobbying firm personnel in attendance
• Development Application reference (if applicable)
• Details of all political donations made pursuant to State and Commonwealth law made by the organisation and/or its ten largest shareholders in the five (5) years prior to the meeting.
