Council has received a Road Naming Application for the above development.
The Applicant is proposing the below names which reflects the different grape varieties and vineyards in the Hunter area.
- Highfields Avenue
- Vines Circuit
- Holly Crescent
- Muscat Street
- Kimba Crescent
The proposed road names are on public exhibition between 27 March to 28 April 2026. During this public exhibition period, the documentation accompanying this application may be viewed below.
DA 2017-8 - Street Name Map
Any person wishing to make a submission regarding the proposed street names should do so in writing by email council@muswellbrook.nsw.gov.au. Submissions are to be addressed to the General Manager, Muswellbrook Shire Council, and must be lodged prior to the close of business on 28 April 2026. Any submissions by way of an objection should be supported by the grounds for that objection.
All submissions, including personal information, will be made available for public inspection and may be included in full in any reports to Council, government agencies or other relevant bodies in the determination of the application.
