Parking Infringements
In most circumstances, a parking fine or notification will be placed on your vehicle’s windscreen. In some instances it will be posted to you in the mail by Revenue NSW on behalf of Muswellbrook Shire Council. If you are issued a fine you should receive it by post within seven days of the parking offence.
Displaying a fine on the windscreen of vehicles allows members of the community to identify that the illegal parking has been addressed and a fine has been issued.
If you have a parking fine, you can pay it at Revenue NSW by:
- Quick Pay
- phone 1300 130 112
- the Revenue website
- mail to Revenue NSW, PO BOX 786 Strawberry Hills NSW 2012 Phone: 1300 138 118
Request a Review
Council cannot discuss or review an infringement. All enquiries or objections relating to infringement must be made to Revenue NSW.
If you think that your penalty is incorrect you can request to have it reviewed by Revenue NSW by completing an online request for review.
