We are calling all community-minded people to be part of the conversation to shape the future of our region. It is important to us that we hear from many voices and we’d love one of them to be yours.
What’s the plan?
The Community Strategic Plan is a 10-year plan reviewed every four years in line with the Local Government election cycle.
This one is your plan – the community’s plan – and it needs to identify the community’s main priorities and aspirations for the future, outline the main objectives and implement strategies to achieve them and keep Council decision making in line with the community’s vision.
Community feedback is key to informing the Community Strategic Plan, and Council invites the community to share ideas, experiences, suggestions and concerns that will provide a better understanding of the community as a whole.
The Community Strategic Plan is a plan for our whole community, and responsibility for achieving our Shire’s vision rests with everyone. That’s why we want to hear from you.
