Sake + Sculpt
Experience an afternoon of creativity and culture at Muswellbrook Regional Arts Centre with this unique sake tasting and ceramic workshop.
Begin with a guided sake tasting led by Atsuko Radcliffe, the Japanese winemaker behind Denman’s Small Forest Wines. Enjoy a curated selection of sake paired with delicious bites while learning about the traditions, techniques and craftsmanship behind this celebrated beverage.
The experience continues with a ceramic hand-building workshop led by exhibiting artist Simon Reece. Using locally sourced Muswellbrook clay, participants will create their own sake cups inspired by the materials, forms and processes explored in Reece’s exhibition, Muscle.
