Muswellbrook Shire Council has received an offer to enter into a Planning Agreement with China Oriental Pty Ltd.
The Draft Planning Agreement relates to the approved development DA 2022/92, involving the subdivision of Lot 1 DP 616013 into 194 Lots at Almond Street Denman, the upgrade of Almond Street under that consent and the application of Section 7.11 Developer Contributions under the West Denman Contributions Plan 2025.
