The Operational Plan is Council’s detailed action plan for the year ahead, outlining the specific projects, programs, and activities that will deliver on the priorities set in the Community Strategic Plan and Delivery Program. Prepared annually, it establishes clear responsibilities, budgets, timelines, and performance measures for the upcoming financial year.

The Operational Plan 2025-2026 has been developed to deliver the first year of the Delivery Program and reflects the community’s needs and aspirations identified in the Community Strategic Plan. It also includes Council’s budget, revenue policy, and proposed fees and charges for the 2025-2026 financial year.
