Join Jared’s family, friends and supporters for the third annual Nine for Nine Walk, raising funds for Lifeline Australia and recognising the nine lives lost to suicide in Australia each day.
This year’s walk will begin and finish at the Aberdeen Sport and Recreation Centre, with participants able to complete any distance up to 9km on an easy, graded and marked walking path.
Australian sporting legend Wally Lewis and his wife Lynda will join the Upper Hunter community for the event, alongside Jared’s 949 ambassadors, the Hunter Therapy Dogs and Next Step Mental Health.
Following the walk, participants can enjoy a sausage sizzle, cold drinks and hot drinks, with raffle tickets available on the day. The community is also invited to continue the afternoon at the Commercial for music, raffles and meal deals.

Cost: No entry fee. A $9 donation is encouraged, with funds donated to Lifeline.
