OX2 Community Information Office Opens at Campbell’s Corner

Residents can now speak directly with the OX2 project team at their new community information office, located in the Co-op at Campbell’s Corner.

As part of OX2’s Planning Agreement with Muswellbrook Shire Council for the Muswellbrook Solar Farm project, the company will operate a community office in the Muswellbrook CBD throughout the construction period.

The office provides a convenient place for community members to:

• Learn more about the Muswellbrook Solar Farm project.
• Ask questions about construction activities.
• Raise any concerns or complaints directly with the project team.

The Muswellbrook Solar Farm & Battery project will feature a 135MW solar farm and a 100MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) located approximately 2.5 kilometres east of Muswellbrook. The project is expected to begin operating in 2028 and forms part of the Hunter-Central Coast Renewable Energy Zone.
